THE ITEM BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MUST BE:

In its original condition, undamaged and unused.

With all original tags attached.

Bags, boxes, and promotional brochures do not need to be returned.

1. General Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

1.1.
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.”
1.2. The Buyer shall bear the return shipping costs for non-defective goods that are returned or exchanged. The Buyer shall only be refunded the amount paid for the item.
1.3. If the Buyer wishes to return an item or items, they may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods were delivered to the Buyer. The Buyer must notify the Seller by email and provide photographs and/or a video of the item and/or parcel showing and describing the issue.
1.4. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging and must be undamaged, unused, in the same condition and with the same contents and accessories as when received by the Buyer, and must retain its original saleable condition (labels must be intact, protective films must not have been removed, etc.). When returning an item, the Buyer must provide a paper (printed) copy of the proof of purchase (a copy of the order confirmation or payment confirmation).
1.5. When returning a non-defective item, shipping costs are not refundable.
1.6. If the Buyer has received an incorrect item and returns it, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct item. If the correct item is unavailable, the Buyer shall receive a full refund, including the amount paid for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred.
1.7. If a defective item is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace it with an equivalent item or refund the Buyer the amount paid.
1.8. In accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods,” the Buyer’s request to exchange a purchased item for an equivalent item or to receive a refund because the Buyer is dissatisfied with the item’s shape, size, colour, model, or completeness may only be fulfilled with the Seller’s consent in respect of the following goods:
fabrics;
baby clothing (for children up to 86 cm in height or 24 months of age);
bedding and bed linen;
toys;
goods sold by weight or measurement that have been specially prepared according to the Buyer’s request.






The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in Clauses 1.2–1.5 and 1.9–1.10 of these Terms and Conditions.
1.9. If the Buyer paid for the item using a gift voucher, the gift voucher shall be returned together with any additional amount paid by the Buyer (if applicable).
1.10. If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount actually paid for the item, taking into account the discount applied at the time of purchase, shall be refunded.
1.11. The amount paid for returned goods shall be refunded within 5 (five) business days from the date of cancellation of the order.





2. Final Provisions

2.1. These Rules for the Return of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
