1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the personal data required to properly process and fulfil the order in the relevant fields provided by the Seller: first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

2. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data specified in Clause 1 may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services through the Elia’s HOME online store, conducting direct marketing activities, and ensuring the proper operation of e-commerce services.

3. By consenting to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of purchasing goods and services from the Seller’s online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive notifications necessary for processing and fulfilling the order via the email address and telephone number provided.

4. If the Buyer does not wish their email address and/or telephone number to be used for direct marketing purposes, they must inform the Seller by sending a notification to eliashomeinfo@gmail.com.

5.The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed solely for the purposes of selling goods and services through the Elia’s HOME online store, carrying out the Seller’s direct marketing activities, and ensuring the proper operation of e-commerce services.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Seller’s partners that provide delivery services or other services necessary for the proper fulfilment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.Any identity document presented by the Buyer to the Seller, Lithuanian Post, or a courier service representative, as well as the personal data contained therein, will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the Buyer’s identity.
