By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data specified in Clause 1 may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services through the Elia\u2019s HOME online store, conducting direct marketing activities, and ensuring the proper operation of e-commerce services. <br\/><br\/>3. By consenting to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of purchasing goods and services from the Seller\u2019s online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive notifications necessary for processing and fulfilling the order via the email address and telephone number provided.<br\/><br\/>4. If the Buyer does not wish their email address and\/or telephone number to be used for direct marketing purposes, they must inform the Seller by sending a notification to <em>eliashomeinfo@gmail.com<\/em>.<br\/><br\/>5.The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed solely for the purposes of selling goods and services through the Elia\u2019s HOME online store, carrying out the Seller\u2019s direct marketing activities, and ensuring the proper operation of e-commerce services.<br\/>The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer\u2019s personal data to third parties, except for the Seller\u2019s partners that provide delivery services or other services necessary for the proper fulfilment of the Buyer\u2019s order.
